  1. Are these workouts suitable for weight loss? I’ve been doing these for a
    while now and I’m worried that I’m gonna gain too much muscle- beyond the
    muscle required to burn fat (I don’t know if this makes sense, but, yeah
    hahahaha). If not, which of your workouts do you recommend for that
    purpose, or are better for reaching that purpose?

    hours but still that is a accomplishment for me. Thank you!

    • I think three is just right! But it also depends if you are doing other
      workouts on the other days. If you are, then maybe once or twice a week
      would be better.
