    wouldn’t put too much strain on the neck like leg lifts/crunches can do.
    Definitely added this to the lift, such an intense full body and core

  3. I do a series of static planks totaling around 5-7 minutes each morning.
    As these are getting easier, I am looking for a more advanced variation
    and stumbled on your video. This looks fantastic! Do you recommend doing
    this daily or treating it like a normal workout and having rest days
    between? Or could I continue doing static planks between these workouts?

  4. I do this every other day among my other work outs. I find it’s a fantastic
    way to warm up your whole body. I have a problem with number for though, I
    absolutely cannot keep my balance at all and always end up falling D: Btw I
    would totally donate you money for this but I can’t because I’m poor lol.
    That’s why I had to look up these exercises to begin with

    was wondering what was the point of the plank workout? Is it more for fat
    loss or toning or strength? Thanks!

  10. Planks are incredibly effective for total body toning & core strength –
    And, you should remember that “toning or strength” is a very important part
    of fat loss. You do not want one without the other or else you’ll end up
    with a slowed metabolism.
