    thighs, it’s also great for core strength, balance, and coordination. This

  2. Kelli is looking bomb as always before and after working out while I look
    like I just survived a hurrricane when I do FB workouts >.< Her lower body is so nicely shaped,she definitely inspires me to workout harder honestly.Nice legs ain't gonna come by themselves.:P

    • +3HomeWorkout , nice from you, but I have been working out with Kelli and
      Daniel for approximately one year now and can since long see the results I
      was aiming for. Now my goal is to stay fit.

  3. The calories burned range you show in each video.. how did you calculate
    getting the lowest number and the highest? And how do I know which one I am
    closer to? Does my question make sense?

  4. I love these ones where you do weight-lifting for 45 seconds at a time,
    instead of reps. I think they’re both really important and work your
    muscles in different ways, but after doing one of these I always feel like
    I REALLY got my muscles. I also feel like I got a really great cardio
    workout at the same time!

    • +Ollie Anntan thank you so much. Your advice sounds like just what I need.
      It made me smile….. The HIT workouts are the short workouts right? They
      burn calories after you’re done working out right?

    • +Halo N Wings Johnson It sounds like you’re way ahead of the game! Strength
      training + HIIT will make such a huge difference in how you look.

      I used to be in track as a long distance runner in college, so I was
      running miles a day! Despite that, my legs always looked flabby, especially
      my butt and the back of my thighs. I kept thinking I needed to lose weight
      but I never really saw any improvements even after getting pretty thin
      (down to 115 lbs at 5’4″).

      Cut to almost a decade later of sitting around and I started doing HIIT and
      weight training with Kelli and Daniel. I did their “4-week Booty Bootcamp”
      which has a whole lot of strength and HIIT, and I could definitely start to
      see results by the end of the 4 weeks. But I kept going with their programs
      and I seriously transformed how my body looked in 4 months! Now I’ve been
      maintaining for a year. Although I weigh 130 lbs now, I still look so much
      smoother than I ever did in track, and even though I weigh more and eat
      more I also look both thinner and curvier.

      For the first time in my life my butt is lifted and the back of my legs are
      smooth! I think cardio is important for overall fitness and health, but
      when it comes to actually looking better I think HIIT and weight-lifting
      are much more effective!

    • +Ollie Anntan that’s sounds awesome, to lose 15lbs in 4 months. My goal is
      not to lose, I’m interested in burning fat and turning it into muscle. I
      rarely eat out because I prefer my cooking. I eat clean for the most part.
      I’m not a snacker. I will eat chocolate or something like that every now
      and then. I just think I need to do more cardio. I really want to gain
      muscle. I’m 5″6 and weigh 132-135lbs

    • +Halo N Wings Johnson I think one of the biggest things that works for me
      is just cooking at home. I think it really helps to be able to actually see
      what goes into your food. I just try to avoid the packaged stuff, and the
      stuff you can’t recognize the ingredients. I also try to sneak in more of
      anything that grew out of the ground (veggies, mushrooms, avocados, fruit,
      etc). But I definitely splurge and eat “bad” at least 3-4 times a month.
      But despite that, just trying to eat real food everyday helped me lose 15
      pounds over about 4 months without going on a diet! I’ve kept it off for
      almost a year!

  5. One thing that I really love about ur videos is the fact that I can the
    process you two make as the videos go on. it’s definitely motivation to
    keep going as well I’ve recently purchased the 8 week fat loss program and
    I absolutely love it!

  6. I did this yesterday and started feeling it immediately after I was done.
    I’m so sore I can’t even walk down the stairs but I loved the workout!

  7. Can anyone else just not do back bows? It feels so uncomfortable on my
    back.. which is a bit discouraging as I could do them the other week!
