  1. Can anyone give suggestions of other body weight stuff to do if we don’t
    have weights? I only have 16 lbs total and I know I should have a lot more
    for some of the workouts

  5. Hi Guys. My wife and I just did this workout. WOW. We ARE SPENT! Have not
    broken a sweat in a LONG Time! We’re from south Africa, and with the Winter
    cold here, sweating is hard to do. But you guys had us huffing and puffing
    5 min into this video.

    Thank you for a GREAT Training session. We are looking forward to the rest
    of them.

  8. Did this yesterday but the only dumbbells I have are only 4lbs 🙁 Back
    then, they felt heavy… now, they’re not enough to challenge myself! :o

    • Honestly, I’ve been doing fitness blender videos 5-6 times a week for 2+
      years now, 2-3 of which are lower body workouts. I lift around what Kelli
      usually does on my moderate weight days and more on my heavy lifting days
      and I don’t have glute dents whatsoever. I think you have to lift
      reaaaaaally heavy to get them. And the people I see that have them work out
      almost exclusively in the gym, so I’m willing to bet some of the machines
      have something to do with getting them so quickly.
