  2. I usually don’t comment on videos but I have to tell you your videos have
    been a great help for me. The past few months we started a “Biggest loser”
    competition at work and the winner would be the individual who lost the
    most %of their body fat. Although I came in 2nd I have had great results. I
    lost 10 pounds but gained muscle and I lost 9% of my overall body fat
    percentage. I haven’t felt this good probably my whole life and your videos
    have been motivating and entertaining at the same time. I am so glad that I
    found your channel otherwise I probably would have been given in to my old
    habits 2 weeks in haha. Keep it going!!!

  4. Okay, that was wonderful. How did you know I am a ‘bored easily’ person??!
    LOL! This kept my interest the whole time! I will definitely keep this in
    rotation.

    • +Arry Lee I had a light “glow” sweat but nothing pouring off of me. I
      think it is more about muscle development. I did a short cardio HIIT
      afterwards to get my cardio in though. I definitely feel it in my arms
      though.

    • +Tanya Walker Hey, do you sweat a lot after this exercice? or does it
      actually focus on just training muscles? How much do you sweat? Please
      answer.

      are a pity. but with fitnessblender.com, my life has been very fit and
