  1. Jumpstart your fat burning, wake up your muscles & your brain with this
fast & intense HIIT workout that takes up just 20 minutes and requires
nothing but your own bodyweight. Learn how often to do HIIT, and how to
work your way up to being able to do tough HIIT workouts @

    • +FitnessBlender I have a tiny mommy pouch that I am chiseling away at. You
two have been a big part of my transformation. I am forever grateful for
all your wonderful workouts. Love Kelli, she so adorable……..

    • +FitnessBlender Hello friend, some time ago I have watched your channel and
I saw that really can change my physical condition. But still do not know
where to start, a long time since I stopped and I’m overweight would like
to know which of your videos I can get .. what sequence you indicate.
      Thanks for listening!

  2. You guys are amazing. I’d probably still be a major couch potato if I
hadn’t come across this channel. I work out Monday-Friday only using your
workout videos. You guys make exercise more enjoyable for me, and motivate
me to go further when I think about quitting. Thank you very much for all
of the hard work you do, I really appreciate it!

  3. I’d like to see a high intensity but low impact cardio/HINT workout…I
have a genetic disorder that effects my joints so even if I physically can
do the high impact ones my body makes me pay for it! I switch up videos
from you guys and modify when I have to…I have just been struggling to
maintain max heart rate with low impact exercises.

  4. I usually hate HIIT but this was a great workout! Seeing I can do this
workout without any breaks shows that I improved. Thank you fitnessblender!
    I love your videos!

    • +Victoria Barnes Search for the “Best time of day to workout” video on this
channel. It gives a great overview of planning your day including your
      workouts and meals 🙂

  5. When will we be able to log in to the app using our website logon? Since I
didn’t sign up with google or facebook I am unable to use the app and see
my previous purchases of programs made from the website. I had to create a
new account for the app. Disappointing.

    • +kimchi- Everyone has to create a new account for the app – the logins for
our site & the app are separate. Also, the programs & calendar are not
available on the app – the app is a community of hundreds of thousands of
people around the world who are sharing their recipes, workouts, healthy
eating, progress, lives, etc, but our website would cost well over a
million dollars to develop as an app, so that’s not possible right now.

  6. Loved this one today, guys. I’m so appreciative of you. Thank you for the
new workouts you’re putting out. Just this morning I got my mom to do her
first FB video with me. We had a lot of fun. Thanks for the motivation!

  7. This format is like adhd. You get distracted by each new exercise so much
that you don’t have time to think about how hard it is. I LOVE IT. ??

  8. I guess I haven’t seen one of your “newer” vids in a while, but the audio
in this one sounds phenomenal. Every word’s so clear, even when you’re
    jumping around.
And I’ll be doing this workout in a moment….. yipe.
