  3. I’d like to see a high intensity but low impact cardio/HINT workout…I
    have a genetic disorder that effects my joints so even if I physically can
    do the high impact ones my body makes me pay for it! I switch up videos
    from you guys and modify when I have to…I have just been struggling to
    maintain max heart rate with low impact exercises.

  5. When will we be able to log in to the app using our website logon? Since I
    didn’t sign up with google or facebook I am unable to use the app and see
    my previous purchases of programs made from the website. I had to create a
    new account for the app. Disappointing.

    • +kimchi- Everyone has to create a new account for the app – the logins for
      our site & the app are separate. Also, the programs & calendar are not
      available on the app – the app is a community of hundreds of thousands of
      people around the world who are sharing their recipes, workouts, healthy
      eating, progress, lives, etc, but our website would cost well over a
      million dollars to develop as an app, so that’s not possible right now.

    in this one sounds phenomenal. Every word’s so clear, even when you’re
